- I began to prepare smoothies when the lockdown happened, my routine was completely disrupted, and I had to find something quick and healthy. So much to my surprise not only did I feel more energetic also I noticed my clothes fit me better all thanks to these powerful blends.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of strawberries or blueberries
- A couple of special cocktails One piece of spinach
- 1/2 apple - chopped
- 125ml water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

- It is a high-fibre drink that is of low-calorie content. Spinach and flax seeds detoxify your system whereas the berries enhance your skin!

Ingredients:
- You may use 1 fresh amla
- 1 tiny ginger (piece)
- 1/2 cucumber
- A juice of 1/2 of lemon
- 1/2 cup water, coconut water
- a pinch of black salt

- Mix all ingredients and strain in case necessary.
